Fix Bug#34847

* lisp/autorevert.el (auto-revert-remove-current-buffer):
Add optional argument BUFFER.
(auto-revert-notify-rm-watch): Remove local hook.
(auto-revert-buffers): Check `buffer-live-p' in time.  (Bug#34847)
